Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a Leeds based Housing company.

The role is offered on a full-time basis of 39 hours per week.

The purpose of the role will be to provide efficient support to the estate management team.

Experience of working in a residential property environment is desirable.

Responsibilities of the Property Administrator includes:

  • Provide an effective and efficient professional support service to all homeowners living in developments where an estate or block service charge is paid.
  • Ensure that those services are in line with all legal, contractual, regulatory requirements and good and/or best practice intervening where necessary.
  • Review all matters relating to estate and service charges raised by third party managing agents for onward collection from homeowners
  • Assist in the preparation of annual rent, service charge, lease administration fee and buildings insurance charges reviews in a timely manner each year.
  • Ensuring the thorough administration of invoices
  • Carry out minutes, generate reports and draft letters
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as valuers, estate agents and developers, and monitoring legal progress of ongoing sales to completion.
  • Provide office management support.
  • Adopt and comply with the company’s values, policies and procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Social Housing provider in Manchester, to recruit to a Repairs Planner on a temporary basis. The role will require 2 days in their offices in Trafford, with 3 days from home

Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner include:

  • Working within the reactive repairs team
  • Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule in repairs work
  • Raising work orders
  • Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
  • Re-booking in cancelled appointments
  • Managing all associated administration

Requirements of the Repairs Planner include:

  • Experience within repairs planning wihtin social housing desirable

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Planner to join an organisation based in Oxfordshire on a 12-month basis.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:

  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance appointments to ensure an efficient and responsive service.
  • Plan and schedule work, allocating jobs to the most suitable Trade Operatives based on skills, location and availability.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of reactive maintenance works, balancing workloads between in-house operatives and subcontractors to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor the progress of repairs from allocation through to completion, ensuring all materials, documentation, and job records are accurate and up to date.
  • Arrange third-party contractors and process Purchase Orders and Work Requests to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.

Essential Requirements of the Repairs Planner:

  • Experience within repairs planning within social housing (desirable)
