Wedding Journal Directory – Targeted Data-Based Marketing – Online Solutions – Digital Magazine – Extensive Social Platforms

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales in the Digital Space

Key Responsibilities:

  • To reach monthly agreed sales targets

Our client offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their expanding team. They seek talented and ambitious individuals to help grow their sales operations. Based in the showroom, you will serve the Buckinghamshire area, meeting with homeowners and providing expert advice on various home improvement options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and help them design their ideal living spaces.
  • Provide expert suggestions on products such as windows, doors, and porches.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge, and understanding the features and benefits of the full range.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibit strong time management and diary management skills.
  • Display superb listening and questioning skills to identify customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous sales experience is not required, but a passion for learning and development is essential.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.

Benefits:

  • Full training provided.
  • Competitive base salary of £25,000 with a targeted bonus scheme.
  • First-year earning potential of £30,000, increasing by £5,000 annually.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break), and 1 in 4 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu or paid overtime)
