Our client in the Denton area are looking for someone to join there team in the Spray shop.
The role of a Spray Facility Production Assistant is the painting of customer’s accessories within the semi-automatic spray line facility. Other duties include picking customer orders, prepping customer orders, packing customers finished orders, cleaning the spray line, and restocking post painted customer orders.
Key tasks:
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Accurately checking quality of parts before/after the paint process
- Cleaning of parts before spray
- Palletising/moving product using pump trucks
- Changing the paint for the semi-automatic paint booth
- Quality control during/through to finish, including packing
- Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality
- Keep spray booth tidy
- Work with colleagues to ensure workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and complies with company standards and health and safety legislation at all time
- Adherence to H&S policy
- Sanding products prior to production on the spray line
- Stacking product for delivery
- To fully implement the concept of lean and 5S manufacturing
- PPE supplied
Shift patterns are 6am – 2.30pm / 2pm-10pm
