As the HR Administration Team Leader you will be carrying out an essential role liaising between the HR Administrator, outsource Admin Service, Payroll Team, HR and Line managers.

You will be managing the following:

Team Leader -Eensure that all administration processed are carried out to a high standard and the HR system is updated accurately.

Recruitment: Administer internal vacancies, ensuring that they’re circulated and advertised as required.

New Starters – Ensure all required documentation is in place and issued according to KPI’s.

Absence – Support the administration of all types of absence.

Invoice Processing – help to encode employee welfare and other related invoices are processed in SAP system.

Production Supervisor

A Production Supervisor with experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is needed by a growing company in the Blyth area

Reporting to the Production Manager your main duties will be to supervise and lead a production team to ensure production KPIs are met efficiently and ensure optimum machine running. You will also maintain production planning and monitor progress, implement and manage operational policies and procedures, including Health & Safety Risk Assessments and SOP’s and maintain good housekeeping in operational areas.

Other duties will include: –

  • Organise and manage incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Manage rotation of stock and storage space
  • Manage replenishment of shop-floor stock, consumables and liaise with purchasing

Primary Skills

  • Previous Supervisory/Team Leading experience within a demanding fast paced environment
  • Good Organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Good change management skills
  • Health & Safety Awareness – preferably NEBOSH or IOSH trained
  • Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 / Internal Quality Auditing
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The role is day shift working 37.5 hours per week
