CODELI is recruiting experienced Van Drivers in Hemel Hempstead!
Are you an experienced van driver looking for regular work, competitive pay and long-term opportunities? We’re looking for reliable, hardworking and professional drivers to join our team, delivering and collecting goods for a major UK retail partner from our Hemel Hempstead depot.

🕒 Shift Details
-
Morning shifts (AM)
-
Start times between 6am and 8:00am
-
Work 5 days out of 7, including weekends as required
-
Approximately 8-10 hours per shift
🚚 Your Responsibilities
-
Carrying out store-to-store deliveries and collections
-
Loading and unloading parcels, boxes and sacks weighing up to 25kg
-
Delivering goods safely, efficiently and on time
-
Providing excellent customer service at every delivery location
Good physical fitness is essential due to the manual handling involved. However, manual handling is generally minimal, as warehouse staff provide support during deliveries.
✅ What We’re Looking For

A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points, with speeding offences only

Previous multi-drop van driving experience is essential

A clean driving licence is desirable

A reliable, professional attitude and a strong work ethic

The ability to attend and successfully pass a driving assessment

Full availability for the required training week
