Architectural Welder Fabricator – MIG / TIG

Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour DOE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm | Friday 7:30am-12:30pm
Overtime: x1.5 for hours worked over 39 per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Welder Fabricator with strong MIG and TIG skills to join our client’s team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bespoke, high-end fabrication and takes real pride in producing quality work.
The role involves creating bespoke and precision items such as staircases, balustrades and architectural structures, working with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
The Role

MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of bespoke, high-end products.

Working from drawings and specifications to produce accurate components.

Measuring, cutting, fitting, welding and finishing to a high standard.

Working with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and brass.

Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional working environment.

Working independently and as part of a friendly team.
About You

Previous MIG and TIG welding and fabrication experience is essential.

Architectural, bespoke or precision fabrication experience would be ideal, particularly staircases, balustrades or similar work.

Time-served candidates are welcome.

Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials and tools.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.

Able to work accurately to tight tolerances and interpret drawings.

FLT experience desirable but not essential.

Full UK driving licence desirable.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
