Bakery Mixer – £12.71 per hour
Location: Rochdale Area
We are currently recruiting an experienced Bakery Mixer on behalf of our client based in the Rochdale area.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Job Duties:
* Preparing and weighing ingredients accurately
* Operating bakery mixing equipment safely and efficiently
* Mixing dough and bakery products according to recipes and production requirements
* Checking dough consistency and maintaining product quality
* Following daily production schedules and meeting targets
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
* Following health & safety and food safety procedures
* Working as part of a team in a busy bakery environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a bakery
* Previous experience using bakery mixers is essential
* Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Reliable and punctual
