Are you passionate about transforming flour, sugar, and imagination into edible works of art? We’re looking for a talented and creative Cake Creator to join our growing team. This is more than baking cakes, it’s about creating unforgettable centrepieces that make celebrations truly special.

As our Cake Creator, you’ll be the inspiration for designing, bake ( not all on your own!) , decorate, and deliver stunning cakes for birthdays, weddings, and major retail customers, and special occasions. If you love experimenting with flavours, perfecting your craft, coming up with new ideas for products and are excited by cakes , we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

🍰 Designing and creating new and innovative ideas for cakes tailored to customer requirements

🎨 Decorating cakes using a variety of techniques including fondant, buttercream, piping, and sugar craft

🧁 Developing new cake designs, flavours, and seasonal collections

📸 Showcasing your creations for social media and marketing campaigns

✅ Maintaining exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency

🤝 Providing outstanding customer service and helping clients bring their cake visions to life

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for cake decorating and baking
• Strong creative flair and attention to detail
• Experience in cake making, baking, or sugar craft
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple orders
• Excellent organisational skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Food Safety and Hygiene certification (preferred)
