Senior Support Worker – Egerton (near Ashford) – flexible full time shifts and Hours – £25,000 – £30,000PA
Lovely Children’s home with children from the age of 4 -14 with EBD based in Egerton.
Can you work in a team who feel valued and empowered to keep taking the risk of offering love, care, consistent presence and boundaries, to a traumatised child to change the child’s world?
We provide specialist therapeutic home environments for children with a range of complexities.
You will need to share our ethos and be committed to integrating a trauma informed approach, working closely with psychologists and therapists in all aspects of a child’s care.
You will receive on-going training, reflective supervision and therapeutic consultation to expand your knowledge, understanding and application of attachment and developmental trauma.
