Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray on a temporary basis until approximately end of January 2023.
The role is working 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and weekend on rotation (approx 1 in 3 or 4)
Serving as the lead point of contact for all our customer accounts and to take full responsibility for and manage the day to day customer service operations.
- Processing incoming customer orders via telephone and email.
- Sending replacement items out to customers
- Consulting with customers via telephone and email with regards to product and stock enquiries.
- Processing payments
- Manage customers’ expectations of lead times, product specifications and costings.
The role is to start immediately, working onsite (NOT remotely) at our clients offices based in Melton Mowbray. The role is temporary until Mew Year but we have a few spaces available that may go permanent with a 3 month agency probationary period.
In order to be considered for this position you will ideally have a minimum of 6 months RECENT experience in a Customer Services role within an office environment, be an awesome communicator on the telephone and email.
You will have vast experience with computers including Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook).
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner that is also bright, enthusiastic and always keen to learn more from customers.
You will ideally be immediately available and have you own transport.
£9.50 per hour + holiday Pay (approx. £20,000 per annum)
