Dispatch Operatives (4 on 4 off) – Day or Night Shifts
Location: Newton Heath
Shifts: 6:30AM-6:30PM or 6:30PM-6:30AM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

We are recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Newton Heath. This is a long-term ongoing role with a steady 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Job Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading/unloading goods
- Using handheld scanners (training provided)
- Ensuring accurate stock rotation and labelling
- Working to site safety and food industry standards
- Keeping the dispatch area clean, organised, and efficient
Requirements
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
