Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary basis across the Cannock area.
Responsibilities of the Groundworker:
- Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
- Carry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering
- Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes
- Cutback and prune trees and shrubs
- Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues
- Arrange materials for site
- Utilise a PDA
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Essential Experience of the Groundworker:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
