Major Recruitment is looking for full time Health and Safety Administrator to work for our client.
Working hours to be discussed – 37.25 hours per week
You will:
* Produce daily reports, sending daily accident figures highlighting missing information and chase relevant departments.
* Respond to general Health & Safety queries
* Maintaining the NWAS System
* Analyse the monthly accident data across all sites
* Support with the provision of First Aid and Fire Warden activity
* Communicate with Brodericks and arrange any work needed on Vending machines, whether it be refilling, cleaning,
* Booking courses for the OFM and HSFCs to complete, and managing the request forms for those courses.
* Ordering uniforms for DIC & H&S reps
* Keeping Alcohol and drug test replenished

* Possess a pro-active and problem solving approach
* Experience in team working
* Good Knowledge of G-Suite with high computer literacy
