Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

Support mobility needs such as repositioning, transferring, and using mobility aids.

Assist with meals, hydration, and monitoring dietary needs.

Observe, record, and report any changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition to senior staff.

Support patients with social, emotional, and recreational activities.
-
Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding standards at all times.
-
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

Follow care plans and contribute to their review and update.
-
Adhere to infection control policies, health and safety standards, and organizational procedures.
Requirements:
-
6 months experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK

A caring, empathetic, and patient nature.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior staff.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Willingness to undertake training (e.g., NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent).

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays if required.
