The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
As a Care Assistant, you will:
Have 6 months prior experience, working within a healthcare setting with a genuine passion for the industry
Have the right to work in the UK
Be able to build a strong rapport with service users and residents who have varying needs and abilities
Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge and understanding of the sector
