Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable young people on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
- Deliver person-centred support, including regular one-to-one sessions tailored to individual circumstances.
- Assist individuals in maintaining their accommodation and working towards positive future housing outcomes.
- Complete and maintain support plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Support individuals to access benefits, manage personal finances and understand their financial responsibilities.
- Conduct regular property visits and basic health and safety checks within accommodation settings.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant internal systems.
- Promote safeguarding.
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS
