Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable young people on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
- Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
- Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
- Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents’ needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best practice standards.
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS
