What You’ll Be Driving

You’ll take full ownership of the Microsoft 365 security and governance landscape, while enabling cutting-edge AI capabilities safely and at scale.
Your impact will include:

• Owning and evolving the M365 security architecture
• Designing identity governance with Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust)
• Leading tenant governance across Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
• Rolling out Microsoft Copilot securely across the organisation
• Defining guardrails for AI, automation & intelligent workflows
• Implementing data protection strategies (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention)
• Building automation solutions using Power Platform & Microsoft Graph
• Monitoring and mitigating data exposure and insider risk

AI & Innovation Focus

This role sits at the intersection of security, governance, and AI.
You’ll:

• Lead the secure adoption of Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio
• Define responsible AI frameworks
• Identify real-world automation and AI use cases
• Ensure AI operates within strict compliance and governance controls

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale M365 environments
• Deep expertise across Microsoft Purview, Entra ID & Defender
• Strong track record in tenant governance & data protection
• Hands-on experience with Copilot deployment
• Solid background in Power Platform & automation
• A strong grasp of Zero Trust and modern security architecture
