Major Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Machine Operator to join our client manufacturing team in Mirfield. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable night work and the chance to secure a permanent role with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient production
Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Reporting faults or issues to the relevant supervisor
Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements
Previous experience as a machine operator (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
