We are currently working with a social housing provider in Manchester who is looking for a Painter to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis
Responsibilities of the Painter includes:
- Working on tenanted social housing properties within kitchens and bathrooms
- Carrying out all aspects of internal painting and decorating work
- Carrying out mould washes
- Preparing all surfaces and applying suitable paints or finishes for both internal and external works
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
- Working alongside other trades
