We are currently recruiting a part time administration assistant for our client, based in Aberdeen.

We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administration Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will assist with general administrative duties, maintain accurate records, and provide support to staff and management as required.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys working in a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails
  • Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars where required
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
