  • Introduce rebate structures and long-term supply agreements

  • Support commercial teams with cost data and bid input

  • Improve procurement processes, systems, and reporting across the group

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven procurement experience within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments

  • Strong background in multi-site purchasing or group-level procurement

  • Experience with raw materials, metals, or engineered components

  • Track record of delivering measurable cost savings and margin improvement

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on

  • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision making

Desirable

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement analytics

  • Exposure to both high-volume and project-based manufacturing environments

  • Lean / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma exposure (Bonus but not essential)
