Your new company
Major Healthcare are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager who is ready for their next step to work in a children’s residential setting based in Derby. We work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like- minded people to join their team. They are family run and share some amazing values. The future looks very bright for them. They know how to keep staff happy and do not have a high staff turnover.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting children with Emotional Behaviour Disorder (EBD). They also have LD homes. You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with vulnerable children daily, promoting their own independence, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate a genuine caring persona to help individuals. Having a Level 5 in Residential Childcare/Children and Young People Leadership & Management is Desirable, but not essential. Working within a home with EBD experience is also important to my client as a Registered Manager. You MUST have a manual driving license and have a clean DBS.
