NPD Technologist (New Product Development)
My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer are seeking a Senior NPD Technologist as part of continued growth and new business wins. You work and collaborate with the NPD team from product concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vision.
- Collaborate with development projects, on time in budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and retailers.
- Ensure product launches are met.
- Trend analysis, recipe, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life
Skills and experience:
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene.
- Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition.
- Strong communicator.
- Experience with collaborating with a team.
- Experience working with retailers.
Qualifications.
- Food safety and Hygiene Qualification.
- Days Mon- Friday, 8.00am-5pm.
