Job Title: Van Driver / Yard Operative

Salary: £13-£14 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role:
Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable Van Drivers / Yard Operatives on behalf of a well-established and reputable builders’ merchant based in Bothwell. This role offers a great opportunity to join a busy team. Immediate starts are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a company van to carry out local deliveries and collections
- Assisting in the yard with picking and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading materials, including handball duties
- Operating tipper vehicles where required (training may be provided)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Providing good customer service when delivering goods
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (Category B)
- Previous van driving or yard experience preferred
- Willingness to carry out manual handling / handball work
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
