We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse administration and a strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse by handling administrative tasks, supporting staff, and managing inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory levels.

Process incoming and outgoing goods, including deliveries and shipments.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS).

Assist with stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Organize and file documentation related to warehouse operations.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to orders and shipments.

Manage scheduling for warehouse staff and ensure proper communication of deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Monday to Friday 0700-1500 or 0900-1700
