Warehouse Operatives Wanted – Astley

Location: Astley
Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour (up to 10:00pm) | £14.36 per hour (after 10:00pm)
Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am
Shift Pattern: 3 Days On, 4 Days Off

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Astley. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Duties:

Picking and packing customer orders
Carrying out general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Working efficiently to meet daily targets

Loading and unloading parcels
Sorting and scanning packages
Packing and labelling parcels
Following health and safety procedures
Working to targets and deadlines
Teamwork and communication
Good timekeeping and attendance
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
