Major Recruitment Oldbury are recruiting for a national Head Office in the Erdington area who are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to start immediately.
Duties and tasks will include:
To manage a team of warehouse staff to support the operation.
Making sure that all team members are fully trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Ensure all daily tasks are carried out to the desired level.
Support and encourage your team to ensure all tasks are complete as set out by Warehouse Management.
To maintain high standards of stock checks, inventory, investigation and operations effectively.
To closely work with the Warehouse Management team to optimize performance capabilities.

Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced and high volume environment and have the ability to work under pressure.
Good organisation and planning skills
Be adaptable to changes and work towards resolutions to problems that arise.
Hours of working will be Monday to Sunday 8am – 5pm on a 5 on 2 off shift rota. Parking is available.
