It was only 4 months ago that the Major Recruitment Group grew with the addition of the Major Construction division. Many assumed that the pandemic may slow us down and even force closures or redundancies. However, this is not the case, we have worked tirelessly through the year and we are now reaping the benefits. The Major Group has grown organically over recent years in the pursuit of providing our clients with the complete recruitment solution and to complement this growth even further we are very excited to launch our brand-new 9th division – Major Commercial.
Our Commercial Division will be based in the Midlands and the South of England. All our consultants are experts in their fields and offer a consultative approach from start to finish. Each and every client will receive a complete recruitment plan – that is bespoke to their needs.
Just as with any division of Major, all our staff are at the centre of our brand values, which is the basis of the consistent high-level service we provide.

The new team
The new teams are split into three: Milton Keynes, Daventry and Castle Donington. We welcome Alison Wilkins and Linda Allaway and their teams to the Major Family. Alison will be our South Midlands Branch Manager and Linda our East Midlands Branch Manager. Each of them has over 20 years’ experience in the world of recruitment. With some ‘Major’ achievements already under their belts.
