Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

  • Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
  • Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents’ needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings, and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best practice standards.

Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS (Must have)

Duties and Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:

  • Engage with customers, operatives, contractors and suppliers to deliver a high-quality, compliant and cost-effective service.
  • Maintain accurate compliance, customer service and repairs records, systems and databases.
  • Support statutory and regulatory compliance, particularly across gas and electrical safety.
  • Manage and support legal access processes, including injunctions where access is required for servicing or inspections.
  • Monitor service performance and provide relevant data, reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure key targets, deadlines and compliance requirements are achieved.
  • Ensure all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements are met, adapting processes where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Customer Services, Neighbourhoods, Health & Safety, IT, Investment and Finance.
  • Identify and implement service improvements, using technology and improved processes to increase efficiency, customer experience and value for money.

  • Cleaning of mats, carpets, paintwork, floors, furniture and equipment
  • Emptying bins, wastepaper bins and ashtrays
  • Laundering hand and tea towels

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Planner to join an organisation based in Oxfordshire on a 12-month basis.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:

  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance appointments to ensure an efficient and responsive service.
  • Plan and schedule work, allocating jobs to the most suitable Trade Operatives based on skills, location and availability.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of reactive maintenance works, balancing workloads between in-house operatives and subcontractors to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor the progress of repairs from allocation through to completion, ensuring all materials, documentation, and job records are accurate and up to date.
  • Arrange third-party contractors and process Purchase Orders and Work Requests to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets.

Essential Requirements of the Repairs Planner:

  • Experience within repairs planning within social housing (desirable)

Hamilton Woods Associates are recruiting for a Sales Progressor to assist with resales and staircasing on a permanent basis. Office working will be required at least 4 days a week in the organisations Leeds based offices.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Progressor:

  • Providing an efficient staircasing and resales service to all homeowners within agreed timescales
  • Managing staircasing and resales queries for existing shared ownership properties
  • Responding to and driving sales
  • Ensuring valuations fairly reflect the value of the property and the share being sold, ensuring equity for both seller and buyer alike
  • Instructing appropriate professionals in pursuance of the staircasing or resales work
  • Processing all documentation in a proper and timely way, and in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations
  • Working collaboratively with property management and finance team members
  • Maintaining and updating date from which to provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress
  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints and promoting high customer service standards

Requirements of the Sales Progressor:

  • Effective communications skills, both oral and written is essential
  • Effective IT skills is essential
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure is essential
  • Knowledge of leasehold or shared ownership property sales would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable understanding of conveyancing process from reservation to completion would be desirable
  • An understanding of the legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations would be desirable

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator:

  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, customer services, supervisors and trades teams, responding to queries and coordinating communication.
  • Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring materials and equipment are ordered for timely delivery.
  • Process invoices accurately, ensuring coding and spend commitments match company procedures.
  • Coordinate planned works, ensuring materials are available for scheduled appointments.
  • Schedule and manage drivers for material deliveries and waste collections.
  • Manage van stock, tools, plant and equipment, including stock replenishment and accurate record keeping.
  • Carry out stock checks and stock takes, identifying surplus items and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Monitor purchasing activity to ensure orders are accurate, cost-effective and deliver value for money.
  • Arrange the transfer of material costs for cancelled or completed jobs.
  • Work with Digital and Transformation teams to support and improve operational systems.
