Resident Liaison Officer
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to act as first point of contact and keep tenants updated with repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer:
- Act as first point of contract and update tenants on repairs updates
- Manage complaints through to resolution
- Carry out visits
- Arrange repairs
- Liaise with sub-contractors
Essential Requirements of the Resident Liaison Officer:
- IT literate
- Full UK Driving Licence
