* Access Control to the property
* Regular internal and external patrols, keeping logs and reporting concerns and incidents
* Monitoring CCTV
* Patrolling and securing the area.
* Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
* Communicating effectively with the client.
* Ensure the safety of Staff and Visitors.
* Escorting the residents
* Following procedures for various initiatives including fire presenting, traffic control and accident investigations.
* Guarding valuables in a secure area.
* Liaise with client in respect of Serious incidents.
* Maintaining an incident report record.
