Our Daventry based client are seeking to recruit a motivated Manufacturing & Production Assistant to join their small and friendly team.

Manufacturing & Production Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the weighing, measuring and blending of raw materials according to production specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing tanks and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurate labelling of raw materials and putting away in correct locations.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records.
  • Carry and lift large sacks, drums of and containers.

Training will be provided for this position

Manufacturing & Production Assistant skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/blending environment is preferred.
  • Good communication and numeracy both written and verbal are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have an understanding of manufacturing processes and machines.
  • Be able to work alone or part of a team.
  • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.

They are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their growing team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans, as well as a range of associated products and accessories. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used caravans, motorhomes and campervans to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Promote and sell additional products and services.
  • Accurately record and manage customer enquiries and sales leads using company systems.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Photograph and/or create videos of vehicles upon arrival into stock.
  • Create and maintain engaging online vehicle listings across the company website, eBay showroom, and other marketing platforms.
  • Ensure all vehicles on display are presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and appearance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in accordance with company Health & Safety policies.
  • Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, training events, and manufacturer updates as required.

Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive, leisure vehicle, or retail sector.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Experience selling finance products would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using digital platforms and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a long established family run business, for a Leisure Vehicle Workshop Technician to join their busy and growing team within the leisure vehicle industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with mechanical skills to work on caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans, ensuring they are fully prepared and maintained to the highest standards.

Workshop Technician Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs and maintenance to a high standard
  • Ensure all work meets company quality expectations and specific customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
  • Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, and training days as required
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times

Workshop Technician Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workshop, mechanical, or vehicle maintenance role
  • Experience working on caravans, motorhomes, or similar vehicles (desirable)
  • Hands-on experience carrying out servicing, inspections, and repairs
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Our long established Daventry based client, are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of their manufacturing facility, production machinery and site services. The successful candidate will be responsible for reactive breakdown support, preventative maintenance, continuous improvement activities and ensuring statutory compliance across the site.

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fault finding, repair and maintenance on bespoke manufacturing machinery.
  • Maintain and repair GRP production line equipment.
  • Service and maintain injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults involving:
    • Mechanical systems
    • Electrical systems
    • Electronic control systems
    • Hydraulic systems
    • Pneumatic systems
    • PLC-controlled machinery and automation
  • Perform fabrication and welding repairs where required.
  • Maintain dust extraction systems and associated plant.
  • Develop, manage and complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules for production equipment and site facilities.
  • Maintain building services, including:
    • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
    • Intruder alarm systems
    • Fire alarm systems
    • CCTV systems
  • Ensure statutory inspections, testing and maintenance are completed and documented

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Essential:

  • Multi-skilled engineering background with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience maintaining manufacturing or production machinery.
  • Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems.
  • Experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) systems.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Desirable:

  • Experience within GRP, plastics, composites or injection moulding manufacturing.
  • Fabrication and welding experience.
  • FLT and/or MEWP (Scissor Lift) certification.
  • Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
