Hours: Part Time or Full Time Available

Salary Range (WTE): £Negotiable + Indemnity + NHS Pension + Annual Leave + Study Leave

Registration Requirements: Full NMC Registration – support for MSc (and possible funding) is you have already started the MSc and possess the Independent Prescribing Qualification

Outbound Service Administrator

Major Recruitment is looking for a Outbound Service Administrator to start straight away in Rochdale.

If you want to apply for this Outbound Service Administrator role you need to have worked in a similar role or have experience in a Outbound Service Admin enviroment.

Day to Day duties of the Outbound Service Administrator

  • Managing a portfolio of customers ensuring that Dachser meet their service requirements
  • To provide a professional image of the client in dealing with customers on the phone or electronically
  • To communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met
  • To proactively inform the customer of any issues or deviations to the plan and provide an alternative course of action
  • To respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
  • To record accurately all actions taken so that they can be reviewed and analysed
  • Error report management and customer KPI report production utilising the Active Report system and Hyperion.

Performance Indicators of the Outbound Service Administrator

  • No customer complaints escalated
  • Deliveries on time
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports sent to customers

Booking Clerk

Major Recruitment is looking for a Booking Clerk to start in Rochdale straight away.

The Booking Clerk must of had previous experience in a similar role.

Day to day duties of the Booking Clerk –

  • Receiving and processing of freight bookings via email & EDI for both UK and European consignments.
  • Communication and co-ordination with internal departments within Rochdale and other branches within the Dachser network ensuring that the agreed service levels are met.
  • Checking of customer paperwork to ensure correctness before shipping and matching to the appropriate collection order.
  • Direct communication with customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Performance Indicators for the Booking Clerk –

  • Timely and accurate data entry
  • Timely and accurate handling of queries relating to bookings
  • Harmonious relationships with colleagues in all departments
