Duties for welder

• Perform welding on various metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as necessary
• Adhering to H&S Rules on Site

We are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder for a prestigious client based in Telford.

Pay rate £14.00 – £15.00ph depending on experience

Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 15:00 and 08:00 12:00 Friday.

Responsibilities of a MIG Welder:

• Reading and following manufacturing draws
• MIG Welding light gauge steel products
• Maintaining excellent quality throughout
• Meeting all customer specifications
• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times
• Reporting into the Production Manager
• Fabrication

Requirements for a MIG Welder:

• MIG Welding experience (essential)
• Ability to work independently, and part of a small team
• Manual handling up to 25kg
• Must be a driver due to location

Within this company, Warehouse Operatives typically work from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 – 17:00 (you must be flexible to work out of these hours when required), for a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. This is an adhoc role.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative/ Container Unloader:

– Unloading lorry containers

– Sorting products

– Stacking products onto pallets

– Wrapping pallets

– Storing pallets into the relevant locations within the warehouse

– Continuously lifting products up to 25kg with care

– Following all health and safety guidance
