24 hrs per week

Working hours Monday, Tuesday, Thurs and Friday 9.30am – 3.30pm paying £13.00 – £13.50ph

Duties for Administrator:-

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Data entry
  • Supporting the team with admin duties
  • Checking documents
  • Monitoring emails

Skills and experience:-

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good IT skills, including MS Teams, Word, Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail

Multi-drop van driver

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced multi-drop van driver with a good work ethic to work day shifts to help support a reputable delivery company based within the Telford area.

The van driver position works Monday to Friday, typically starting at 08:00am, offering a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities of a Van Driver:

– Driving to deliver goods

– Handball within the manual handling guidelines

– Maintaining Health and Safety in the Depot, Van and at Drop-offs

– Working from 08:00am until finish (roughly 5pm)

Requirements of a Van Driver:

– Full UK Driving License (with no more than 6 points)

– Van driving experience

– Ability to lift products of considerable weight

– Multi-drop experience

– Unloading and loading vans and containers

– Handling delicate products

– Picking and packing orders

– Checking labels for goods in and out

The Warehouse Operative position works from 07:45 – 16:30, Monday – Thursday, and a 12:30pm finish on a Friday, and offers a pay rate of £13.81 per hour on a temporary on-going basis.

Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative/ FLT Bendi and Counter Balance:

  • Manual Handling up to 25kg
  • Loading and Unloading pallets of finished products
  • Preparing stock for distribution
  • Ensuring all products are loaded correct to customer specification
  • Maintaining, Completing and Processing dispatch paperwork
  • Following direction of the warehouse manager
  • Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements for a Warehouse Operative/ FLT Bendi and Counterbalance:

  • Ability to continuously lift products up to 25kg
  • Experience in an warehouse position
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a small team

My Telford based is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.

The Customer Service Administrator will be working in a small team taking orders over the phone and via email, reporting to the Office Manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent telephony Customer Service skills and administration experience.

Salary – depends on experience up to £28,000

Hours of work Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

  • Dealing with queries and complaints from consumers via telephone and email.
