Production Operative

K&D are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operative roles for our client based near Aylesbury.

Working Hours as a Production Operative are 6am-2pm Monday – Friday.

Do you have experience working within a factory environment?

Have you worked as a Production Operative in the past?

Has your previous experience included working with hand tools?

Essential Qualifications:

In house H&S training provided

Forklift licence desirable

Preferred Experience:

Experience of working with fibreglass is a benefit but in-house training will be provided

Experience of using hand tools would be a benefit

Experience of reading design drawings is a benefit

Job Summary – key tasks, responsibilities, authorities and accountability.

Read and understand product drawings to produce laminate components and finished goods

Load and unload product

Move product in and out of shops and yard area

Keep area clean and tidy

Wear / use appropriate PPE to comply with risk assessments

Operate / work safely and comply with company procedures especially when using / handling chemicals and equipment

Salary £24,960

Assembly/Production Operatives

Production Operative


We are looking for experienced Production Operators to work for our client based in the Howdendyke area.

Permanent opportunities are available for suitable candidates.

Monday to Friday shifts:

Fixed days Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 6am – 12noon £1,740 per month

3 shift rotational 6am-2pm,2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am days, afters & nights. £1,997 per month

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Packing
  • Labelling
  • Quality Control
  • Assembling
  • Keeping work areas clean and tidy

As a General Operative, your role will be to cover the following shifts:



Must be able to do shift rotation.

General Operative Main Duties:

  • General assembly Operative work

Panel Wirer

A Panel Wirer/ Electrical Fitter is needed by an Engineering company in the Hebburn area

You will be responsible for building control panels will have the following duties

  • Assembly of electrical panels to client specifications
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and identify components
  • Carry out testing and commissioning of final panel build
  • Attachment of electronic components / circuit boards
  • Use of a range of measuring tools and hand tools
  • Complete all technical documentation as required

We are looking for the following skills and personal qualities from the successful Electrial Fitter: –

  • A qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience as a Panel Wirer / Electrical Fitter
  • Understand and interpret electrical drawings
  • Strong understanding of safe working practices
