Prosper Recruitment are collaborating with a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions for residential and commercial properties who are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individuals to join their business as a PAS2035 Retrofit Assessor’s in various locations.

Requirements:

  • Operating in the energy efficiency heating and also the home improvements markets.
  • Working closely with the ECO team our client is looking for candidates who possess the experience to complete Retrofit Assessments professionally and to a high standard.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work on deemed score / tech surveys and energy assessments to undertake work for various ECO scheme and the Greener schemes, and also help 4 homes schemes.
  • Successful candidates will possess knowledge of domestic heating systems, insulation within the ECO industry and also to be experienced with all documentation and compliance paperwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site energy assessments, retrofit assessments, and thermal imaging surveys as required.
  • Make recommendations based on assessment findings.
  • Complete administration duties related to projects alongside the Operations team.
  • Compile detailed records of client communication, updating internal systems, and ensuring accuracy and maintenance.
  • Provide retrofit advice, including energy efficiency and renewable energy, to clients.
  • Complete site visits and surveys as required.
  • Provide support and guidance to energy assessors.
  • Maintain knowledge on specifications and available grants, ensuring information is up-to-date.
  • Liaise effectively with other staff members in the Group
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, homeowners, and internal staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Retrofit Surveyor/Assessor role – Essential.
  • Experience of working on loft & cavity advantageous
  • Accredited with Elmhurst Energy or Stroma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Organised individual with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Full clean driving license.

Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Responsibilities

As a Home Manager, you will implement and work in accordance with all aspects of the Statement of Purpose for your home and have a thorough understanding of the regulations and legislation which set the standards within a Children’s Home setting.

You will be an effective partnership builder, working with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people. You will support and offer supervision to staff in line with regulations and ensure that the safeguarding of young people remains at the forefront of practice, and young people remain consulted about the quality of care they receive.

Requirements:

You must have recent experience working within the residential sector at registered manager level within a children’s residential service.

A Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent as a minimum

Thorough understanding of the regulations and legislation which set the standards within a Children’s Home setting.

Ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership.

Substantive experience in a Managerial role including supervisory experience.

A Certified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards completing this.

Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Childcare setting.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence
