Process Development Manager (New Product Development)

My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a Process Development Manager as part of continued growth and new business wins. You support the NPD and Commercial team managing all product concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vison
  • Lead development projects, on time in budget
  • Manage key stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure product launches are met
  • Trend analysis, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life

Skills and experience;

  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
  • Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience working with customers

Qualifications

  • Salary DOE

Reach Truck operator

Reach Truck Driving, LLOP & PPT experience and fast paced warehouse experience is essential to fulfil this role. Within the role you will be offered free car parking and rotating shifts. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Reach Truck Driver is available with immediate start.

This is a temporary to permanent role, after 12 successful weeks your wage will go up to £12.11per hour.

OFSTED Registered Manager – based in Gainsborough – £60,000 – £75,000 plus bonus

Location:Gainsborough – Lincolnshire

A beautiful Country Farm setting in a stunning rural location.

Three 2 bed Children Homes/Units set on this property with stunning gardens and a timeless therapeutic approach towards the care of these children.

They also have a variety of farm animals to enhance the therapeutic experience this home has to offer.

The children are ranging from 5 – 13 with complex care needs.

You must have been a registered manager previously and have their level 5 in leadership and management with a minimum of a year in this post.

Requirements:

  • You must have recent experience working within the residential sector at registered manager level within a children residential service
  • A Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent as a minimum
  • Thorough understanding of the regulations and legislation which set the standards within a Children Home setting
  • Ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership
  • Substantive experience in a Managerial role including supervisory experience
  • A Certified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to work towards completing this
  • Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence

My client is one well known manufacturer within the Food industry & due to growth are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join their team.

Role

  • The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance engineering activities whilst on shift.
  • Supporting the team to ensure that maximum uptime is achieved by using exacting engineering standards in the most efficient ways possible and that best practices is used to achieve and maintain maintenance standards.
  • Manage, coach and mentor their direct reports by modelling best practice and demonstrating how to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

About you

  • Formal engineering qualification to at least City and Guilds level, ONC/HNC level or equivalent or extensive experience working as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of supervising/managing a team.
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Hours of Work

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6am – 3pm / 7am – 4pm
