DNA Recruitment is looking for class 1 drivers nights around Manchester Airport,

The main duties will be trunk to Heathrow and back so around 10 to 12 hour shifts depending on loading time start around 18:00 daily

PAYE only – £18.00 flat rate not including holiday pay,

PAYE- holiday pay -> you can build the pot and take it as holiday when required, or we can pay to weekly wages.

Min 12 months experience please, curtain trailers, double decker’s.

We do require minimum 12 Months experience, no more than 6 points, and no DD DR IN TT codes.

This role will require a 5 year backgroud check and CRB check

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Manchester, to recruit for a Damp and Mould Surveyor on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

  • Undertake surveys, prepare schedules of condition, schedules of work, tender documentation and ensure specifications are kept up to date
  • Oversee the right response to damp and mould cases based on severity
  • Assist in the design, procurement and management of contracts and contractors in delivering works within the damp and mould workstreams
  • Manage day to day workload
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Review payment applications
  • Monitor performance of contractors

Requirements of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:

  • Strong knowledge around the cause of damp and mould
  • HNC qualification or equivalent
  • Driving licence

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building commercial vehicle bodies from start to finish

  • Carrying out repairs and retrofits to customer specifications

  • Fitting tail lifts, shutter doors, lashing rails, grab handles, flooring, and more

  • Reading and working from build sheets and technical drawings

  • Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

  • Protecting customer vehicles and delivering clean, secure work

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Maintaining accurate records of time, materials, and work carried out

  • Contributing ideas for improvements and mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in vehicle body building, coachwork, or commercial vehicle fitting

  • Confident with power tools, general fabrication, and working to technical drawings

  • A strong eye for detail, pride in your work, and a safe, methodical approach

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Manager to join an organisation based in Manchester on temporary basis, initially for 6 months.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Manager:

  • Support senior managers in overseeing and coordinating responses to complaints, disrepair claims and damp and mould cases.
  • Manage and track case progress to ensure timely, compliant and customer-focused resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to gather evidence, progress actions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the planning, initiation and delivery of new projects across the service, ensuring they are properly scoped, resourced and monitored.
  • Manage a team of operatives.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time where possible.
  • Prepare reports, updates and documentation to support decision-making and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery around complaints handling and property-related issues.
  • Provide general project support to the team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across all workstreams

Responsibilities of the Painter includes:

  • Working on tenanted social housing properties
  • Carrying out all aspects of internal painting and decorating work
  • Preparing all surfaces and applying suitable paints or finishes for both internal and external works
  • Ensuring adherance to health and safety procedures
  • Working alongside other trades

Requirements of the Painter include:

  • Full UK Driving License
