Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Coalville.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift truck to transport materials within the site.
  • Load and unload deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Store products systematically using the internal stock management system.
  • Conduct pre-operational safety checks and maintain equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Support team operations, including stock organization and site cleanliness.

Essential skills & qualifications:

  • Must have a Category B1 or B2 FLT license.
  • Proven experience in operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to business needs.

The Role

Hamilton Woods Associates is working with a housing association in Burton-on-Trent to recruit an Electrical Inspector on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team dedicated to ensuring electrical compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of planned and programmed electrical installation and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring programmes and targets are met.
  • Review and validate Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and electrical certifications (DEICR, DEIC).
  • Conduct site inspections of ongoing works, offering guidance and ensuring tenant satisfaction with services provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within social housing in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of EICR reporting, electrical servicing, and surveying.
  • Relevant qualifications, including:
    • SSSTS (or SMSTS)
    • 2391 Testing and Inspection
    • Health and Safety Awareness

Looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise as a Financial Reporting Manager? Hamilton Woods is working for an amazing team in Staffordshire, join them and take charge the TB and producing detailed Financial Reports whilst influencing stakeholders across the business.

As the Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll need a sharp mind with a detailed technical knowledge of how to find and resolve historic problems within a balance sheet. Your ability to develop and maintain working partnerships in a global organization, combined with your flexibility and responsiveness to short deadlines, will be critical to your success.

You’ll have a minimum of 4+ years of post-qualified experience in financial reporting or Audit, either within the accountancy profession or in industry. You’ll have experience in producing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and exposure to the challenges of working in a global organization, and ideally, Oracle (or other consolidation software) experience.
