Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our Lutterworth based client who are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their busy office. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Implementing new payroll schemes; processing starters, leavers and workplace pensions.
  • Calculating and applying statutory payments
  • Producing Construction Industry Scheme remittance slips and reporting CIS details to HMRC
  • Payroll/CIS reporting and auditing
  • Submission of pension declarations
  • Assisting with year-end processes
  • Corresponding with our accounts and tax teams, producing reports as required

Automotive Process Administrator

Duties:
To time up all elements of technical and refurbishment work on returning vehicles across the business for all workstreams, ensuring maximum revenue using appropriate agreed rates and present for authorisation
To review all technical and refurbishment work itemised on a job card ensuring accurate audit trail is available and correct and is charging correctly and can be invoiced using relevant IT systems to the respective customer.
To complete the required reports for management, on a daily, weekly, monthly frequency as requires to support the operation to enable the business to make the required decisions on throughput, resource etc.
Create, maintain, organise and update relevant data using Microsoft, database and spreadsheet applications
Ensure that all chargeable tasks relating to vehicle rectification are invoiced accordingly and in line with contractual obligations in order to maximise revenue
To administer all sold / auction vehicle requests of varying volumes swiftly and accurately whilst ensuring all vehicles will be available to achieve their target delivery date and ultimately manage them through the whole distribution and refurbishment process to the satisfaction of the purchasing dealer.
To provide administrative support to the Remarketing Team at Farnborough in relation to all vehicle disposals for both Group Car Scheme vehicles and other Group owned vehicles through all sales channels.
To compile and collate all necessary documentation specific to each sold vehicle and despatch to the appropriate Retailer.
To ensure the prompt processing and handling of incoming post and phone enquiries.

Major Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Compound Driver for our client based in Thorne, Doncaster. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient processing and movement of vehicles across the site, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Hours of Work: Sunday-Thursday

Days – 8:15AM-5PM / 6AM-15.45PM

Nights – 6AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities:

Process vehicles through the wash program in the correct date/priority order and assign them to the correct CPL after inspection.

Load and pull vehicles into appropriate dispatch groups as needed.

Ensure the correct vehicles are moved and pulled within the site as per the requirements.

Clean vehicles to the required standard for inspection.

Perform photography tasks, battery maintenance, and other vehicle maintenance activities.

This is a physically active role, with up to 20,000 steps per day.

Adhere to and uphold high Health & Safety standards on site.

Ensure compliance with site rules and regulations set by BMW.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Compound Driver / Vehicle Processing Operative in the automotive industry.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently towards achieving targets and deadlines.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
