About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Doncaster team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support across multiple areas including payroll, advertising, referencing, and lead generation. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and office visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Manage compliance processes, ensuring all records, references, and documentation meet company and legal standards.
  • Complete payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate submission of information.
  • Support advertising activities by preparing and posting job adverts across various platforms.
  • Conduct referencing and right-to-work checks in line with company policies.
  • Format and update candidate CVs to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide sales leads and market information to the team to support business development activities.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Handle incoming queries efficiently, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment, ensuring all operations run smoothly and effectively.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative or compliance-based role (recruitment, HR, or payroll experience is advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A professional and approachable attitude with a commitment to excellent service delivery.

Main Duties

* Contact businesses to Conduct telephone interviews in accordance with quality standards
* High volume of outbound calls
* Complete surveys in a timely manner ensuring all information gathered is accurate and recorded correctly.
* Supply project related feedback and observations to team manager
* Dealing with any problems/complaints that arise
* Working towards daily and weekly targets
* Building a strong rapport with the person you are speaking to.
* In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business, without additional remuneration.

Production Operative – Food – Days & Nights

My client is currently recruiting for Production/ General Operatives to work at their state-of the-art facility in Wolverhampton.

As the Process Operator you will be operating equipment and carrying out all necessary checks and tests to ensure high quality food is produced to customer specification.

Salary:

£14.90 an hour including Shift allowance

Overtime available at £21.47 an hour

Working hours

4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days and 2 nights) 12-hour shift pattern working 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

When first starting you will not automatically be assigned a shift and must have flexibility.
