This is a hands-on role working alongside an experienced installer in a two-person team, helping to complete high-quality interior installations in customers homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with interior installations in customers’ homes.
  • Supporting the lead installer throughout the day.
  • Carrying and lifting materials when required.

The Role:-

Key responsibilities:-

Office Management

Presentations & Client support

  • Design and produce high-quality, professional presentations to support client proposals, pitches and business development activities, collaborating closely with the team to develop engaging content and structure.
  • Prepare, coordinate and format Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), tender submissions and supporting documentation, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant and submitted within required deadlines.
  • Create visually engaging presentation materials and bid documents using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and other appropriate design software.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather, review and compile information required for PQQs, tenders and client submissions.
  • Ensure all presentations, PQQs and tender documents are aligned with the Company’s brand guidelines and presented to the highest professional standard.
  • Maintain and update a library of bid content, case studies, templates and marketing collateral to support future submissions and ensure consistency across all client-facing documentation.

Social Media (Temporary – Maternity Cover)

  • Post to the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram pages approximately 1-2 times per week, following the established brand tone, style and content themes
  • This responsibility is temporary and will be handed back once the returning team member is back from maternity leave – full training and a handover guide will be provided

General

  • Provide broad day-to-day support across the office wherever it’s needed – this role covers a wide range of tasks beyond those listed above
  • Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and efficiency

About you

  • Previous experience in an office management, administration, or marketing role.
