Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Major Recruitment are searching for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our client based in Sunderland. This vacancy is full-time and permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:

  • Testing and fault finding of electrical machinery
  • Conducting general maintenance around the site
  • Reporting faults to management and completing relevant paperwork

Hours of work and pay rate:

  • Monday to Thursday
  • 07:00am till 17:00pm
  • 38 hours per week
  • £17.06 per hour

Successful candidates must have the following:

  • Knowledge of 415v 3 phase motors
  • Experience working with hydraulic equipment would be advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable working from heights and in all weathers

Picker/Packer/Dispatch Operative

At Major Recruitment we pride ourselves on the dedication and professionalism exhibited every day by the employees working at all levels of our operation. We are currently looking to recruit a number of Picker/Packer/Dispatch operatives for the worlds leading eyelash company in Bootle, Liverpool.

A model picker/packer is someone who excels at inspecting, separating, and rotating products in an orderly and efficient manner without damaging, misplacing, or otherwise mishandling them. The ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy is of paramount importance to us.

Typical duties and responsibilities

  • Check inventory, find, and collect merchandise for shipping
  • Verify and record outgoing products
  • Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping

Shifts –

Mon- Fri 1800-2200 and alternative Saturdays 0800-1530

Rates-

£11.44 before 6pm & £14.30 after 6pm.

Immediate starts for successful candidates.

Experience in a picker/packer role is not essential but preffered.
