Duties and Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:

  • Engage with customers, operatives, contractors and suppliers to deliver a high-quality, compliant and cost-effective service.
  • Maintain accurate compliance, customer service and repairs records, systems and databases.
  • Support statutory and regulatory compliance, particularly across gas and electrical safety.
  • Manage and support legal access processes, including injunctions where access is required for servicing or inspections.
  • Monitor service performance and provide relevant data, reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure key targets, deadlines and compliance requirements are achieved.
  • Ensure all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements are met, adapting processes where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Customer Services, Neighbourhoods, Health & Safety, IT, Investment and Finance.
  • Identify and implement service improvements, using technology and improved processes to increase efficiency, customer experience and value for money.
  • Support improvements across customer service, safety, productivity and financial performance.
  • Contribute to a strong safeguarding culture, protecting children and vulnerable adults.

  • Hanging doors
  • Carrying out plumbing work
  • Completing patch plastering

Essential criteria of the Joiner includes:

The Role

Key Responsibilities
Tail Lift Operation: Safely operating the tail lift and pallet truck to complete street-level deliveries.
Curtain Side Management: Efficiently opening and securing curtains for side-loading/unloading.
Route Planning: Navigating 8-10 drops across the North West while maintaining a professional schedule.
Safety First: Conducting daily walk-around checks and ensuring all loads are securely restrained.
Candidate Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 – years (Category C) license, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card.
Proven experience with tail lift operations and multi-drop environments.
