We are looking for Receptionists/Hosts for a number of ad hoc, temporary assignments.

As a Receptionist/Host, you will have the following duties:

  • Greet clients
  • Offer refreshments
  • Keep stock levels replenished
  • Answer telephone, operate a busy switchboard and pass along messages to staff
  • Offer high levels of Customer Service at all times

Days of Work: Mondays and Tuesdays.

Hours: 08.00 – 18.00. With one hour for lunch.

Location: Aberdeen

Notes:

  • Ongoing work available
  • Weekly pay at National Living Wage
  • Own Transport Preferred due to some locations
  • Other days/assignments available also.

Experience: Previous experience within a Reception or FOH position would be preferred but not essential.

We are currently working with a social housing provider in Manchester who is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join their team on a temporary basis

Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer includes:

  • Conducting home visits with social housing tenants
  • Assisting with estate management issues such as fly tipping and graffiti
  • Advising tenants in rent arrears
  • Encouraging tenancy sustainment
  • Investigating cases of ASB
  • Advising on housing related issues
  • Conducting inventories and property inspections
