Class 2 Tipper Driver

Class 2 Tipper Driver – Knottingley

We are looking for experienced Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join a reputable company in Knottingley.

Position Overview:

  • Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (PAYE – plus holiday accrual)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Start Times: Between 05:30 and 06:30

Key Duties:

  • Safely operate a manual Class 2 Tipper vehicle
  • Transporting materials between sites.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Experience driving manual HGVs is required
  • Experience driving tipper vehicles is not essential

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for ongoing Monday to Friday work in the Telford area.

Position Details:

  • £17.30 per hour PAYE
  • £19.50 per hour PAYE overtime rate after 8 hours

FLT Counterbalance Driver

Major Recruitment are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client based in Royton, Oldham.

A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence is essential to be considered for the role. Unfortunately we are unable to accept in house licences.

We are recruiting across rotating shifts (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm) and fixed nights 10pm – 6am Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Training & Site Requirements

  • 2-3 weeks training on the 6:00am – 2:00pm shift before moving onto your allocated shift pattern

The Opportunity

We are delighted to be working with a highly respected and growing construction business in Birmingham to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Analyst on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join a high-performing finance team and play a key role in providing commercial and financial insight across the business.

The Role

As Interim Finance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the wider finance function with financial analysis, reporting and commercial insight. You’ll work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to understand performance, identify trends and support decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports and management information.
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Analysing variances against budget, forecast and prior periods.
  • Providing financial insight to operational and commercial teams.
  • Supporting project and contract performance analysis.
  • Producing KPI reporting and identifying key business trends.
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
  • Supporting cash flow and cost analysis where required.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Analyst who is confident working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, ideally with experience within construction, property, engineering or another project-based industry.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with COINS is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Anaplan for planning, forecasting or financial modelling is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work independently and hit the ground running in an interim environment.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge information and identify opportunities for improvement.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistants for our client on a temporary contract, based in the Aberdeen area.

Main responsibilities:

* Support Customer Services Coordinators with non-customer-facing administrative activities
* Prepare certification for surveyor approval, and filing certification
* Support scrap process of non-compliant iron in stock
* Provide reception support, including answering incoming calls and managing visitor sign-in

Hours: 37 per week. Mon-Thurs 8.30am-4.30pm and Fri 8.30am-4pm with 30 mins lunch break.

This is a temporary role for 12 weeks, weekly paid and fully office based.

This would be ideal for someone who is available immediately.
