We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading bakery in Rugby, for a Baker to work the evening shift. This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.70. If you have experience using Oddy machines and have a passion for producing high-quality baked goods, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for the preparation, baking, and finishing of various bakery products, using Oddy machines to create consistently perfect results. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and friendly team, working 8.5-hour shifts across 5 days a week, including one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Oddy machines to prepare and bake bakery products to the highest standard.

  • Manage the production process to ensure all goods are baked, finished, and packaged on time.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company procedures and food safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow during the evening shift.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a baker, with a strong focus on production and quality.

  • Familiarity with Oddy machines is essential.
