You will be working for house builders and housing associations in the local areas, and are required to attend occupied housing to carry our varying snagging issues.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Carpentry – Adjusting doors, replacing skirting and architrave, adjusting squeaking floors, kitchen worktop and unit repair/replacement.
  • Painting/Decorating – Plaster patching and re-painting.
  • Tiling – Replacing tiles after plumbing repairs.

The hourly rate is £15.22 per hour with a 6.5 hour shift allowance at £126.60 per week which equates to £36,700 per annum.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Planning ad organisation of works orders and labour within the department to achieve agreed daily OTD and recoveries
  • Ensuring that standard working practices are followed on all operations in terms of Workflow, WIP quantities , process/ cyclee times
