Salary – £25,00-£26,600pa + bonuses

Location – Doncaster

Role – Permanent

Working Hours – Mon-Thurs 7.30am-4.30pm and 7.30am-4pm Fridays

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful warehouse operative to work with a long-established supplier on the outskirts of Doncaster, due to the company experiencing a period of organic growth they are looking to add to the existing team where duties will include:

  • Pick correct stock and quantity as per work order.
  • Annotate all relevant details including quantity of items picked and locations taken from
  • Assist and support other departments within the warehouse should business needs require.
  • Maintain tidy shelves and aisles by correctly opening outers of stock and returning boxes to location when picked from
  • Be receptive to further training requirements if necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Report to Inventory team if stock missing, in the incorrect location or damaged.
  • Receipt/book in transfers into the correct locations.

It is expected that the successful warehouse operative will have experience of working in a branding role or similar, working in a warehouse or similar environment or stock control position, have a strong understanding of all Microsoft office packages, intermediate excel knowledge, be confident in managing multiple priorities whilst working with accuracy and with own initiative.

You must have a full UK driving licence as deliveries to clients may be required. Please only apply if you can drive. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and 7am to 12pm on Fridays.

Duties and task will include:

  • Packing and Processing Manufactured & Consumable Products
  • Cutting and Processing of Graphite materials
  • Driving of company vehicle to carry out necessary shipments to our customers in England / UK
  • Carrying out General duties to support the Group wide Continuous Improvement
  • Post machining processes such as laser engraving and identifying materials to customer specs

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful CCNSG Industrial Cleaning Operatives to work with a market leader within their sector, where you will be involved in a varied role that could include:

  • Carry out industrial services operations to a high standard in accordance with training and H&S procedures.
  • General site cleaning, repairs & maintenance
  • Scheduled plant cleaning, repairs & maintenance cleaning during shutdowns
  • Pollution control and spill response
  • High pressure water jetting
  • Cold cutting using specialist hydro-cutting equipment (Hull only additional training required)

CNC 3 Axis Operator

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional engineering organisation who are seeking a 3 Axis CNC Operator to join their busy Darlaston site.

Duties and tasks will include:

  • Set up and operate 5 Axis Hurco’s and a ROEDER using setting sheets.
  • Conversational program, set up and operate Hurco 5-AXIS to produce precise components to specification using WinMax software at the console.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Check your own work using a range of measuring equipment.
  • Completing one offs and batch work.
  • Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule.

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

  • a min of 5 years’ experience of machining with experience in Aerospace desirable.
  • Experience of working on Hurco is essential.
  • An ability to program and work with minimal supervision is a necessity.
  • Experience of 3,2 & 5 Axis Machining
  • Experience of working with graphite would be beneficial.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 10 hours between 6am and 6pm, Friday is overtime which will be provided on a weeks notice, and parking is available.
