About the Role – Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager supports the Home Manager in the overall operation and leadership of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance. They act as a key leader within the team, providing supervision, promoting best practice, and stepping into full managerial responsibility during the Home Manager’s absence.

To contribute to a safe, nurturing, and structured home where young people can thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally.

Job Description

A skilled and confident Registered Manager is required to lead a two-bed children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The home is already well established and holds a “good” inspection rating. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, child-centred values, and an ability to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the staff team, including rota planning and professional development.
