An Electrical Design Engineer is needed by an expanding Engineering company in Washington

The successful candidate will be working on bespoke electrical projects with duties including: –

  • Specifying and estimating of control panels from customer supplied documentation and/or site visits and meetings with our clients.
  • Generation of electrical schematic diagrams including external and internal layout diagrams utilising AutoCAD Electrical software.
  • Generation of Bills of Materials and other supporting documentation.
  • Assistance with Manufacturing issues and compliance to relevant standards
  • Assistance with Factory Acceptance Tests
  • Generation of Operation and Maintenance files for completed projects.

The ideal candidate will be: –

  • Educated to HNC level or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related subject.
  • Experienced in the design and manufacture of industrial control panels
  • Good knowledge of PLCs
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Capable of producing electrical schematic diagrams, preferably using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD experience.
  • Commercially aware in order to make informed decisions on the selection of components based on a cost/benefit analysis
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Hands-on practical experience and ability with regard to the manufacture of industrial control panels.
  • Working knowledge of process-based industries
  • Have the initiative, ability and drive to generate new designs and improve overall efficiencies.
  • Be a team player and be able to contribute towards team goals.

This role will cover Northern & Eastern Scotland.

EXCITING ROLE

The role will involve using your technical knowledge to develop customer solutions and generate new business, assist in generating accurate and competitive sales quotations to meet customer requirements and work efficiently and independently to accomplish company sales objectives. You will be supported by an Internal Sales team and work with a mixture of new and existing customers and be comfortable with overnight stays when visiting clients tahta rea long distance. We are looking for a class 7.5 t driver for our client based in Wythenshawe,

Working Monday to Friday 05 to 07 am starts, overtime and weekend available

You will be driving HGV 7.5t truck with curtains, helping loading and unloading when required, pulling curtains and securing the loads, all stock on pallets – mostly you will get load unload on the sites, however there can be occasion when you will use pump truck.

You will make sure all paperwork is signed and cargo is checked,

You will report any delays, or issues with collection/ deliveries back to transport office.

You will check your truck before leaving every day and when you back.

We are looking to recruit a permanant QA Technician for our client in Coventry to assist the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain lab standards, verify & monitor the Food Safety, Quality Systems & Product Quality within the business through standard testing methods, to meet internal, customer & third party requirements. The role 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm 12 hours shift. DAY SHIFT

To promote a Quality Culture within the business.

Accountabilities:

  • To carry out verification and monitoring of the production process according to the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Plan, focusing predominately on the lab based assessments, coordinating all product for external testing whilst maintaining day to day lab duties
  • Sample collection, testing and relevant corrective action for Shelf life monitoring, Microbiological and Chemical Testing, Organoleptic Assessments, results recorded appropriately, this may be electronic or manually. In doing this the individual must closely monitor the weekly & monthly budget for testing
  • Is a Quality and Food Safety Champion, who ensures high levels of GMP and GLP are achieved at all times, and effectively communicates any potential issues. Works with the production team to reduce customer complaints.
  • Ensures traceability is achieved throughout the production process, and accurate legible records are completed accordingly.
  • Support thorough investigates customer complaints, ensuring that Root Cause is identified and working with the production team to ensure preventive action is implemented.
  • Verifies equipment according to the Calibration Plan, maintains neat legible records and reports equipment out of tolerance.
  • Verification and filing of Production and QA records are verified, these are easily retrievable at all times.
    • Salary: £29000: Statutory.
